Mainly dealing with tax, corporate and commercial law. Particularly active in corporate reorganizations and restructuring, in the drafting of valuation appraisals and in pre-litigation and tax sanctioning activities.
Member of the boards of commercial and financial companies and auditor in commercial and industrial companies.
